Taxatio update 1.4.0

Taxatio version 1.4.0 is now available in the App Store. This release updates the income tax brackets for all 50 states for the 2024 tax year. (States are typically slow to release this data.) Additionally, this release includes a number of UI refinements, polish, and minor fixes.
